BHEL Compny ‘s Rs 88 Crore Dividend to Government for FY23

The state-owned engineering firm, BHEL, announced on Thursday that it has disbursed a final dividend of Rs 88 crore for the fiscal year 2022-23 to the Government of India.

A check representing this final dividend, based on the government’s equity holding of 63.17 percent, was presented to Union Minister of Heavy Industries, Mahendra Nath Pandey, by BHEL’s Chairman and Managing Director, Nalin Shinghal. This announcement was made through a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

In total, the dividend payout to the company’s shareholders for the fiscal year 2022-23 has reached an impressive sum of over Rs 139 crore.
